Managing cargo for 10 different Clients simultaneously meant we needed to act carefully and with attention to all details. Documentation and packing had to be aligned across all shipments as any delay or error could impact the entire logistics chain.
After loading, we quickly identified cargo that couldn’t be stacked, prompting an immediate revision of the loading plan and replacement of certain items to ensure safe transport.
